I started with Kirsty back at the beginning of the year after having never tried reformer Pilates before. Me and my mum decided to give it a go and we love our Sunday morning sessions! I have suffered with a bad back since a car accident in 2019 that has just been a constant niggle, since starting Pilates classes my back hasn’t hurt! So Thank you Kirsty for sharing your love for Pilates 🫶🏻🫶🏻

This is a beautiful studio located in the heart of Bawtry. I have been going since the establishment opened and I would recommend it to anyone. Kirsty, the owner is a fabulous instructor. She has an awareness of one’s ability, plans to develop you and ensuring you move forward in every session.

Difficult to explain how much I love this place and reformer Pilates. The instructors are brilliant, the space is so calming, I look forward to every class and I feel great afterwards. If you’re considering trying Pilates I’d highly recommend Joe’s !
